Does West Bend Cookware honor the lifetime warranty for Miracle Maid cookware?
A:
If your cookware was manufactured before 1960 and has wooden handles,
West Bend was not the manufacturer of that product line and is not responsible
for its warranty. If your cookware was manufactured after 1965, has a
black coating and black plastic handles, West Bend Cookware offers warranty
service. We are unable to recoat or refinish the original cookware, however
we do have a replacement program for Miracle Maid. Please contact our
consumer service department for more information on the replacement program.
